Buyer I – Electrophysiology Procurement

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Buyer I to support the electrophysiology product line. You will be responsible for planning, purchasing and coordinating the logistics of raw materials, consumables and spare parts to ensure uninterrupted production and delivery for our medical device customers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse material requirements in SAP and generate purchase orders for critical and non‑critical items.
• Confirm order quantities and delivery dates in line with demand planning.
• Coordinate with logistics to schedule arrivals (air, sea) and ensure supplier confirmations.
• Review invoices for discrepancies, approve them and forward to Accounts Payable.
• Maintain master purchasing data in SAP (lead times, safety stock, lot sizes, etc.).
• Handle defective material disposition and manage inventory levels to meet business continuity.
• Support timely transfer tasks for raw materials, consumables and spare parts.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain roles.
• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Customs or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with medical‑device supply bases is a plus.

• SAP (material requirement planning module).
