Trilingual Inside Account Representative – French

About the role

TD SYNNEX‑ Shyft Global Services is seeking a proactive Inside Account Representative who can manage a portfolio of established clients while delivering strong sales results. The role focuses on French‑speaking accounts and requires daily interaction to grow revenue and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the P&L for assigned customers and territory, driving profitability.
• Generate new business through inbound and outbound calls.
• Collaborate with field sales to respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, and deliver QBR presentations.
• Identify growth opportunities, conduct research, and execute territory growth plans.
• Build relationships at purchasing, sales, and operational levels within each account.
• Coordinate customer engagements with Finance and Purchasing teams.
• Maintain detailed account profiles and recommend additional TD SYNNEX solutions.
• Escalate potential issues to senior account executives in a timely manner.
• Document procedures for accounts and delegate routine tasks to internal support.
• Attend TD SYNNEX and industry events as needed.

Required profile

• 4‑year degree or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of relevant sales or account management experience.
• Strong data‑entry and organizational skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems, think critically, and make decisions.
• Clear communication in English and French (or other regional language).
• Negotiation skills and persuasive selling ability.
• Adaptability to change and ability to follow instructions.
