Treasurer – Treasury Operations

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Treasurer to manage treasury operations for our Costa Rica and Puerto Rico entities. You will ensure efficient cash management, timely payments, and compliance with internal controls while collaborating with regional finance, accounting, and payroll teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute local and international payments (vendors, payroll, taxes, social security, etc.) and ensure proper approval and documentation.
• Manage corporate banking platforms, monitor cash balances and fund availability.
• Prepare cash‑flow reports, funding forecasts, and payment schedules.
• Perform bank reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.
• Coordinate with Accounting to guarantee accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Identify and escalate payment, funding, or compliance risks promptly.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounting, Corporate Banking or similar roles.
• Experience managing corporate banking platforms and processing local payments; international payment experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of payroll processes, social security contributions, taxes and regulatory payments.
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions or with regional teams.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and solid understanding of bank reconciliations and basic accounting principles.
• Intermediate English proficiency for written communication with vendors and regional teams.
