Travel Technology Manager – Customer Support & Implementation

About the role

The Travel Technology Manager will lead customer‑facing implementations of online booking tools (OBTs) and related products, ensuring incidents are assessed and resolved efficiently. You will act as the technical liaison between clients and internal teams, driving improvements throughout the implementation stage.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site and remote implementations of OBTs and other travel technology solutions.
• Assess incidents, replicate errors, and test scenarios to determine optimal solutions.
• Coordinate activities with internal and external teams across multiple systems and dependencies.
• Execute configuration changes ranging from simple to highly complex.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain clear, customer‑centric communication.
• Support defined productivity targets and promote collaborative behavior.

Required profile

• Advanced experience in the corporate travel industry.
• Advanced experience with travel technology platforms.
• Basic project‑management experience.
• Advanced administration knowledge of online booking tools such as Concur or Cytric.
• Commercial support experience in an international environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
