Transfer Agent

About the role
The Transfer Agent handles outbound calls, verifies consumer identity and efficiently routes callers to the appropriate destination agent.
Key responsibilities
- Identify consumer identity and transfer them to the correct destination agent through outbound calling (approximately 95% of time).
- Perform other assigned duties as needed (approximately 5% of time).
Required profile
- High School Diploma (Associate’s degree preferred).
- 1+ year of general office or customer‑service experience.
- Ability to work in a team environment and self‑motivation driven by earning incentives.
- For Costa Rica candidates: fluency in Spanish and English (minimum 70% proficiency in verbal, written and reading).
Required skills
- Data entry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
