Remote Appointment Setter – Health & Nutrition

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy, empathetic professional to be the first human contact for leads of a health‑tech and nutrition company. The remote appointment setter will guide prospects through educational resources and move them toward our clinical programs.

Key responsibilities

• Call leads who have registered for webinars, encourage attendance and follow up with those who missed them.
• Reach out to individuals who completed a health assessment but have not scheduled a sales call.
• Engage webinar attendees who stayed until the pitch but did not book a call, answer basic questions and build trust.
• Maintain accurate records in Close CRM, track lead status and manage tasks to prevent prospects from falling through the cracks.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily dialing targets (150+ dials) and weekly appointment‑setting benchmarks.

Required profile

• Near‑native English speaking ability (C1 level) with clear pronunciation and a conversational style that sounds local to a US audience, especially women aged 55+.
• Warm, bubbly and patient demeanor able to handle skepticism with empathy.
• Discipline and grit to sustain high‑volume outbound calling (150+ dials per day).
• Previous experience in appointment setting or outbound sales is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software; experience with Close CRM is a plus.
• Comfort using dialer software and basic computer applications.

What we offer

• Hourly pay of $7‑$8 plus bonuses and commissions.
• Full‑time remote schedule, Monday‑Friday with two shift options (8 AM‑4 PM EST or 12 PM‑8 PM EST).
