Technical Project Manager – AI Talent Platform

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join Hiredscore, the AI‑driven talent platform integrated with Workday. In this role you will lead complex implementation projects, drive standardisation across the product suite and work closely with senior leaders to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and executives to align and execute project plans.
• Identify potential roadblocks early and implement risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Lead process standardisation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, steering‑committee meetings and other key stakeholder sessions.
• Prepare and present executive‑level briefings covering KPIs, milestones, risks and decisions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in technical or project implementation management with hands‑on configuration.
• At least 2 years delivering large‑scale SaaS projects in a software delivery environment.
• Experience working directly with global enterprise clients.
• Proven ability to manage shifting priorities and resolve technical and operational issues.
