About the role
Workday is seeking a proactive Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary support liaison for strategic customers. In this role you will combine deep technical knowledge with strong relationship‑building skills to ensure customers achieve their business objectives while using Workday’s platform.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of large, complex customers, managing escalations and critical incidents.
- Coordinate with Operations, Professional Services, Development, Product Management and other internal teams to align solutions with customer goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve system reliability and availability, and drive proactive recommendations.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including C‑level executives, to provide status updates and strategic guidance.
- Develop deep expertise in Workday’s architecture and use it to troubleshoot issues and guide customers.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated professional with strong communication and project‑management abilities.
- Proven experience working with large enterprise customers in a technical support or account‑management capacity.
- Ability to navigate complex technical environments and translate business needs into actionable plans.
