Technical Program Manager – AI‑Driven Delivery

About the role

3Pillar Global is seeking a Technical Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone for its most strategic AI‑driven client engagements. Reporting to the Product Delivery Director, you will translate executive vision into structured program execution and own the full delivery lifecycle from pre‑SOW solutioning to successful client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI‑embedded engagements across the SDLC, balancing automation with human‑in‑the‑loop oversight.
• Partner with solutioning teams to define scope, approach, and architecture before contract execution.
• Serve as the primary delivery lead for technical and mid‑management stakeholders, facilitating executive governance.
• Own outcome, schedule, quality, and margin for 2–3 concurrent accounts (annual contracts $1–2M) and enforce a clear definition of “done.”
• Establish and maintain human oversight models for AI‑generated work, including review depth, test coverage, security, and compliance checks.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience spanning software engineering, technical leadership, and program management, with at least 5 years in a client‑facing delivery leadership role.
• Proven experience deploying AI agents into delivery workflows and managing the associated human oversight model.
• Strong background in fixed‑outcome or SOW‑based engagements with contractual delivery accountability.
• Experience contributing to pre‑sales or pre‑SOW solutioning, including effort estimation and scope definition.
• Fluent in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and comfortable discussing architecture decisions.
