About the role
Join Lumenalta as a Technical Interviewer focusing on Data Engineer candidates. You will work remotely with an internal team aligned to EST time zones, ensuring high‑quality technical assessments.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct second‑round technical interviews to evaluate depth and suitability of Data Engineer candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to quickly understand business needs.
- Contribute to the recruitment team and support hiring decision‑making as part of the management group.
Required profile
- Senior Data Engineer with at least 5 years of experience on large‑scale projects.
- Previous experience hiring engineers and working in high‑growth, dynamic environments.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Required skills
- Deep understanding of data architecture.
- Experience integrating AI/ML solutions.
- Strong background in backend systems and designing scalable, data‑driven applications.
