Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can lead complex technical initiatives, from software development to infrastructure upgrades and AI/ML implementations. The role requires strong leadership, organizational abilities, and a solid technical background to ensure projects align with business goals and technical requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress using KPIs and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Work closely with development teams, architects, and technical leads to ensure solutions are feasible and fit system architecture.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience managing technical projects in Agile environments.
• Proven hands‑on experience with project management methodologies; PMP certification is a plus.
• Track record of delivering projects involving complex system architectures and integrations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with modern technical environments: microservices, APIs, and cloud‑based architectures.
• Strong understanding of Agile best practices, system integration, and technical design principles.
