Ops Technical Director

About the role

The Director of Integrations & Solutions leads the strategic execution, operational scaling, and quality assurance of client onboarding and data systems. This senior position oversees a high‑performing team of Implementation Managers and bridges tactical delivery with executive strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Direct, coach, and mentor Implementation Managers to build leadership capability and team engagement.
• Build, standardize, and scale end‑to‑end client activation frameworks for predictable, efficient onboarding.
• Establish and monitor department‑wide SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics such as Time‑to‑Implement, Activation Speed, CSAT, and Data Quality.
• Drive long‑term data reliability initiatives by analyzing macro‑level support and integration trends.
• Oversee resource allocation, capacity modeling, and team structure across multiple pods and time zones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in technical onboarding, client integrations, or account management, with at least 2 years managing people managers.
• Proven track record scaling implementation operations, establishing SLAs/KPIs, and optimizing complex workflows.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to interpret operational data and drive process improvements.
• Experience influencing senior executives and collaborating with key business partners.
