Talent Quality Auditor (Remote)

About the role

As a Talent Quality Auditor you will safeguard the consistency and excellence of BairesDev’s Talent Acquisition processes. Working fully remote, you will audit candidate calls, screening interviews, emails and workflow documentation to ensure they meet the company’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end quality audits across all Talent Acquisition touchpoints, using defined scorecards and KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues and risk patterns, documenting findings with precision.
• Recommend adjustments to audit frameworks, processes and evaluation criteria.
• Collaborate with recruiters and managers to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing or Quality Control.
• Proven ability to evaluate operational performance against defined standards.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data review.
• Excellent written documentation skills and advanced proficiency in English.
• Self‑motivated with effective time‑management skills.
