Talent Sourcing Specialist

About the role

The Talent Sourcing Specialist will work remotely under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition Manager and Recruiters to build qualified candidate pipelines for various requisitions. The role focuses on market research, passive candidate identification, personalized outreach, and initial qualification to deliver shortlists for recruiter review.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies and channel plans for assigned requisitions.
• Construct complex Boolean search strings and generate candidate lists using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Conduct market research and passive candidate outreach, maintaining accurate pipeline data.
• Track and report metrics such as reply rates, pass‑through, and pipeline coverage.
• Collaborate with recruiters to refine search criteria and ensure timely candidate delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of dedicated sourcing experience in corporate or agency environments.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one additional sourcing or talent intelligence platform.
• Experience sourcing for e‑commerce, marketplace, supply‑chain or high‑growth technology organizations is preferred.
• Ability to work a shift overlapping US business hours for same‑day follow‑up.
• Strong data‑protection awareness and ability to handle confidential candidate information.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly compensation of $2,000‑$3,000 USD.
• Fully remote work with a 9 AM–5 PM PST schedule, Monday‑Friday.
