Talent Data Analyst (Remote)

About the role

INDI is seeking a Talent Data Analyst to transform raw talent data into actionable insights. You will work remotely, collaborating with stakeholders to build data solutions that support better hiring decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement data solutions for the talent funnel, defining KPIs and metrics from scratch.
• Gather reporting requirements, query data sources, cleanse and shape data, and create dashboards and reports.
• Present findings to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and deploy reports using data analysis tools.
• Maintain documentation and ensure the operational environment is well‑managed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards, reports, and data visualisations.
• Strong analytical mindset with a hands‑on approach to delivering commitments.
• Excellent organisational skills and disciplined documentation practices.
• Advanced English proficiency.

• SQL (SQL Server)
• Python
• SSIS or similar ETL tools
• Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Data modelling and relational database concepts
