Learning Experience Developer

About the role

The Learning Experience Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating training programs that meet departmental objectives and support organizational performance. This role acts as a trusted learning resource, conducting needs assessments and ensuring training materials align with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate training plans and programs for assigned areas.
• Conduct training needs assessments, identify performance gaps, and design appropriate learning solutions.
• Create WBT storyboards, scripts, and instructional materials, including participant and leader guides.
• Design and deliver classroom or virtual instructor‑led training, interactive exercises, and follow‑up coaching materials.
• Manage learning project schedules, review cycles, and report on task completions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to address training gaps and optimize performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, Public Administration or related field.
• Minimum six years of experience in HR, business operations, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to incorporate feedback.
• Experience assessing learning needs, designing objectives, and evaluating outcomes.
• Proven ability to manage projects, schedules, and stakeholder relationships.
