Talent Acquisition Senior Associate

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Senior Associate will lead full‑cycle recruitment for non‑managerial Tier 3 positions across the NORLA region. You will partner with hiring managers and external networks to ensure a timely, inclusive hiring process that meets business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for Tier 3 roles, from job posting to offer delivery.
• Source candidates through direct outreach, employee referrals, job fairs, online boards and traditional media.
• Conduct intake meetings, resume screening, phone interviews and support structured interview processes.
• Maintain accurate applicant data in the ATS and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives and monitor related KPIs.
• Build and sustain relationships with external partners such as colleges, community contacts and professional networks.
• Provide a best‑in‑class candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates.
• Participate in project squads to innovate recruitment processes and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably high‑volume.
• Experience in Pharma, Crop Science or Consumer Health is a plus.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and work collaboratively across multicultural teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
• Experience with internal talent marketplaces, employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition performance metrics.
