About the role
IBM is looking for a motivated student to join its Talent Acquisition team as a Pipeline Coordinator Intern. This position offers hands‑on exposure to recruitment processes and the chance to work alongside experienced HR professionals at IBM’s Corporate Headquarters.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with various talent acquisition projects, contributing to the end‑to‑end recruitment pipeline.
- Support HR teams by handling administrative tasks, data entry, and coordination of interview schedules.
- Observe and learn from senior recruiters, gaining insight into best practices and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of recruitment deliverables.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a university or recently completed a qualification.
- Basic understanding of business operations and a willingness to learn.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Interest in professional development and staying informed about industry trends.
