Talent Acquisition Partner – Recruiter

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will own end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of non‑exempt and exempt positions across the United States. Working as a strategic talent partner, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to attract and secure high‑quality candidates for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full life‑cycle recruitment for Support and Professional band roles, handling a high volume of requisitions.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies including job description review, sourcing, cold‑calling, candidate assessment, interview preparation, offer creation, and reference checking.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive networking and relationship building.
• Communicate consistently with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Utilize passive and direct sourcing techniques and explore innovative methods to attract talent.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers and peers to share market intelligence and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Equifax policies, procedures, and risk requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of corporate recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience.
• Strong consultative skills, sense of urgency, and a drive for continuous process improvement.
• Proven ability to prioritize, organize work, and meet deadlines in a high‑volume environment.
• Experience advising hiring managers on recruitment plans, market intelligence, and candidate assessment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
