Talent Acquisition Coordination Lead

About the role

Veeam is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordination Lead to shape the hiring experience for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers worldwide. In this role you will lead a team of coordinators, drive process improvements, and leverage automation and AI to increase recruiting efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure a seamless, consistent experience for all hiring stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Oversee interview scheduling, background‑check operations and other coordination activities while maintaining high service levels.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers and Operations to align coordinator support with business priorities.
• Improve recruiter productivity by streamlining processes, balancing workloads and reducing administrative burdens.
• Utilize data, technology, automation and AI to scale impact and enhance stakeholder experiences.
• Monitor operational metrics and feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR or a similar operations‑focused role.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring or guiding a team.
• Strong focus on process improvement and operational optimization.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to identify trends and drive measurable improvements.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively across teams, regions and time zones.
