Talent Acquisition Partner – Hybrid (Costa Rica)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join Veeam’s Talent Acquisition team in Costa Rica. In this hybrid role you will partner with hiring managers and business leaders across the region to attract and hire talent that fuels our growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build sourcing and interview strategies.
• Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, networking events and job boards.
• Conduct in‑depth candidate screening and guide candidates through a positive interview experience.
• Provide market insights, talent mapping and hiring trend data to support workforce planning.
• Coordinate offer negotiations and ensure timely, competitive offers.
• Maintain candidate records in Greenhouse and build strong talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with regional and global TA colleagues to share best practices.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast‑paced tech environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (minimum C1 level).
• Proven experience hiring for technical, support and sales positions.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring managers.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Experience using an ATS, specifically Greenhouse.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
