About the role

The Senior Human Capital Supervisor will advise leaders on all human‑resource processes, ensuring compliance with current labor legislation and internal policies. The role supports the achievement of strategic and operational goals while fostering a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Guide managers on recruitment, selection, compensation, development, training, and workplace climate initiatives.
• Ensure HR processes are implemented correctly and align with legal requirements.
• Promote internal communication, employer branding, and change‑management practices.
• Monitor and improve organizational culture, employee engagement, and conflict‑resolution mechanisms.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate HR strategy with overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Professional registration with the relevant college and up‑to‑date membership fees.
• More than 5 years of experience in recruitment, compensation, development, training, climate, and culture, plus at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Strong knowledge of current labor legislation and public administration procurement laws.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor managers.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
