Trainee Recruiter – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Young Professional Trainee Recruiter to join BairesDev’s talent acquisition team. This remote position offers an entry point into recruitment, allowing you to learn the fundamentals while supporting experienced recruiters throughout the hiring cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings across job boards and career platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Support candidate sourcing efforts using LinkedIn and other tools to build talent pipelines.
• Review incoming applications and help with initial resume screening under senior recruiter guidance.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS, ensuring information is accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Participate in team meetings and recruitment training sessions to develop your skills and understanding of the hiring process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field – or currently pursuing one.
• Genuine interest in recruitment and people‑focused roles.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
