About the role

The STS Supplier Onboarding and Administration Specialist supports the Global Business Solutions organization by managing end‑to‑end supplier onboarding, ensuring timely processing of purchase orders, invoices and payments while preventing fraud.

Key responsibilities

Serve as the single point of contact for supplier onboarding, handling registration, data changes and fraud prevention.
Execute onboarding processes using standard tools, apply internal controls and manage escalations.
Analyze issues, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and VMD teams on system issues and process improvements.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting (preferred).
Minimum 3 years in finance/accounting, preferably in a multinational environment.
Business‑level proficiency in English, Portuguese and French.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Required skills

SAP (experience is a plus).
Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Apex Supplier Portal (experience is a plus).
