HR Business Partner

About the role

Videndum is looking for a strategic HR Business Partner to join its Human Resources team in Costa Rica. In this role you will partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational priorities and help shape a positive, inclusive, high‑performing workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to design and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
• Provide trusted advice on workforce planning, organizational design, succession and change management.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution and leadership effectiveness.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support workforce planning, attraction, hiring and retention of top talent.
• Drive performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives and career development programs.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Ensure HR policies comply with applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Champion diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging across the organization.

Required profile

• Experienced HR professional with strong business acumen and a people‑first mindset.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees.
• Excellent communication, coaching and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, talent management and organizational development.
