Software Architect

About the role

Software Mind is looking for an experienced Software Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high‑performance on‑premises and cloud software systems. You will bridge business requirements with technical execution, ensuring reliable and maintainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and design secure, resilient SaaS solutions using Microsoft Azure services.
• Lead the creation of enterprise‑grade data warehouses, including data modeling, ETL pipelines, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with software engineers, DevOps, and data teams to ensure seamless integration of applications and data platforms.
• Produce architectural documentation, diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and governance across projects.
• Align architecture with strategic business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for performance, scalability, or cost improvements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

Required profile

• Fluent English (minimum B2 level) with excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of application development experience focusing on .NET (C#) and ASP.NET Core.
• 5+ years designing data warehouses using the Microsoft BI stack (SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of cloud‑native architecture, microservices, and Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Proven experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure‑as‑code tools (ARM templates or Bicep).
