Social Media Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Expert to lead the creation, curation and management of our brand’s organic social presence across key platforms. The role combines content production, community engagement, analytics and compliance to drive awareness and audience growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop platform‑native content, maintain a content calendar and design/edit graphics and short‑form videos.
• Publish copy and visual assets that align with brand voice, ensuring accuracy, compliance and platform‑specific optimization.
• Manage community interactions by responding to comments, DMs and mentions, escalating sensitive topics as needed.
• Execute organic channel strategies, monitor trends and translate them into testable tactics.
• Track performance metrics using native analytics and approved dashboards; produce monthly readouts with insights and recommendations.
• Support paid social initiatives, including boosting, audience selection, pacing and basic optimization.
• Assemble PRT packets for social posts, route them through review systems and track approval status.
• Utilize social listening tools for brand monitoring and follow escalation protocols.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or advertising.
• 3+ years managing brand social channels with a portfolio of organic‑first work.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Working knowledge of paid social boosting and basic optimization.
• Experience with social listening and monitoring tools.

• TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn platform expertise.
• Social listening tools: Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprout Social, Meltwater.
• Social scheduling/monitoring tools and native analytics.
• Basic GA4 and UTM tracking literacy.
• Copywriting and short‑form video editing.
• Accessibility best practices for social content.
