Senior Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a driven Senior Technical Project Manager to lead multiple global information security initiatives. The role focuses on Identity and Access Management (IAM) lifecycle processes, reporting, dashboard creation, and a wide range of cyber‑security and technology projects, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, create detailed plans, and manage schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across regions to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Produce project documentation, status reports, and dashboards for senior management.
• Lead and build project teams from local and remote locations, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines.
• Facilitate meetings, issue resolution sessions, and change‑control processes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of overall project management experience.
• 4+ years managing cyber‑security or information‑security projects.
• Proven experience with IAM lifecycle processes and global migrations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Certified Scrum Master preferred.

Required skills

• Identity and Access Management (IAM) lifecycle expertise.
• Google Sec Ops platform knowledge.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, and Jira.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
