Senior QA Automation & Mobile Testing Engineer (Remote)

About the role

As a Senior QA Automation & Mobile Testing Engineer, you will shape the quality strategy for BairesDev's mobile and web applications. You will champion robust automation practices to ensure reliable, scalable releases across iOS and Android platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for native mobile and web applications.
• Author, execute, and debug automated test scripts to maximize coverage.
• Implement testing strategies across physical devices, simulators, and mobile device farms.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous feedback.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to align on quality standards and track defect metrics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation and mobile testing.
• Proven expertise in native mobile testing for iOS and Android.
• Strong hands‑on experience with WebdriverIO and Appium.
• Proficiency with native frameworks such as XCTest/XCUITest and Espresso/UI Automator.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
