Senior Product Designer

About the role

Granicus is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of its GovTech solutions. You will work closely with product managers, owners and engineers, leveraging AI‑powered design systems to create inclusive, user‑centered experiences for government agencies worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end design process from concept through high‑fidelity delivery.
• Apply design thinking techniques to solve complex user problems.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys and usability testing.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes and visual designs that communicate solutions clearly.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across the US, UK, India, Australia and other locations.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines while maintaining high quality.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior product designer delivering user‑centered digital products.
• Comfortable working with AI‑enhanced design workflows and prompt‑coding approaches.
• Strong ability to lead design initiatives and guide multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration across global teams.
