UI/UX Designer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a remote UI/UX Designer to help shape next‑generation AI training interfaces. You will work on evaluating and improving user experiences for AI‑driven products, collaborating with a cross‑functional team to deliver high‑quality, data‑informed designs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, review, and critique intuitive user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Evaluate usability of AI‑driven products and provide actionable feedback.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for AI training interfaces.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to understand requirements.
• Document and communicate design decisions clearly, both in writing and verbally.
• Participate in iterative design cycles, incorporating user feedback and data‑driven insights.
• Ensure designs follow UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of web or mobile projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep understanding of UX research, usability testing, and iterative design methodologies.
• Ability to synthesize feedback quickly and adapt designs to evolving requirements.
• Organized, self‑motivated, and proactive problem‑solver.
