Senior UX Designer

About the role

RX Global is seeking a Senior UX Designer to own and evolve end‑to‑end user journeys across its portfolio of events and digital products. You will shape how users discover, adopt, and stay engaged with our solutions, ensuring a consistent, data‑driven experience that delivers business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve comprehensive journey maps, identifying friction points and opportunities across all channels.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Business teams to translate user insights into scalable experience solutions.
• Lead experience‑strategy discussions, using structured problem‑solving and creative thinking to address complex, ambiguous challenges.
• Ensure consistency and coherence of the user experience across initiatives, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Monitor market trends, competitive movements, and industry best practices to inform continuous journey improvement.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in UX design with a strong portfolio of end‑to‑end journey work.
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining alignment with cross‑functional partners.
• Excellent analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting qualitative and quantitative data.
• Strong communication skills to advocate for user‑centered decisions throughout the product lifecycle.
