Senior .NET Developer – Loan Management Platform

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer to maintain and enhance a loan management platform used daily by our clients. You will join a collaborative team that values steady execution, clear communication, and continuous improvement while contributing to the system’s modernization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve core features of the loan management platform using .NET, C#, and SQL.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and fellow developers to translate requirements into reliable, maintainable code.
• Own technical tasks, propose enhancements, and support integrations with multiple vendor partners.
• Participate in code reviews, enforce development standards, and drive performance and stability improvements.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for builds, deployments, and workflow management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably with SaaS or integration‑heavy systems.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, clear communication, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in financial, lending, or workflow‑based platforms is a plus.
