Senior Project Manager

About the role

Zscaler is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high‑impact customer deployments of its Zero Trust Exchange platform. In this hybrid role you will plan, execute, and finalize projects, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the deployment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of new customer deployments, serving as the central point of contact during the service period.
• Define and track success criteria, metrics, milestones, and timelines to keep projects on schedule and deliver maximum value.
• Cultivate deep relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely completion of deliverables.
• Navigate and resolve complex account escalations by mobilizing internal resources and technical experts.
• Maintain rigorous documentation and project tracking while educating customers on onboarding tools and post‑sales support processes.
