Senior Manager, Invoicing

About the role

The Senior Manager, Invoicing is part of Haleon Trading Services and is responsible for the accurate and timely creation of trade invoices and credit notes for goods moving between Haleon entities and third‑party manufacturers. Reporting to the Invoicing Senior Manager, the role ensures supply‑chain continuity while meeting global trade, financial, legal, fiscal, quality and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end execution of trade invoicing and credit notes for internal and external manufacturing partners.
• Prevent supply‑chain delays caused by invoicing, data or documentation issues.
• Process invoice corrections in line with quality, compliance and finance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of business and data processes to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain and manage key financial and logistical data within the ERP system.
• Monitor operational performance through regular reporting and ensure data alignment across systems.
• Proactively resolve operational issues and escalations, implementing preventive actions.
• Collaborate with outsourced service providers and internal finance, supply‑chain, logistics, quality and manufacturing teams.
• Document all processes, conduct regular reviews and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate information and addressing findings promptly.

Required profile

• Significant experience in trade invoicing, credit note processing or related finance functions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick, informed decisions.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset with a focus on preventing recurring issues.
• Excellent collaboration skills across finance, supply‑chain, logistics, quality and manufacturing.
• Understanding of global trade, financial, legal, fiscal and compliance requirements.
