LATAM P2P Operations Performance Lead

About the role

The LATAM P2P Operations Performance Lead will ensure the effective delivery of Procure‑to‑Pay services across Latin America. Working within a SOX‑controlled environment, you will focus on operational execution, performance monitoring and continuous improvement to meet enterprise metrics such as Days Payable Outstanding (DPO) and Purchase Order Turn‑around (POT).

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day delivery of P2P services across LATAM markets in line with global standards.
• Assist in executing global and regional P2P strategies, projects and initiatives.
• Monitor, analyse and report on service delivery KPIs, SLAs and operational metrics.
• Identify performance issues, root causes and track corrective actions.
• Prepare materials and insights for operational governance and service‑review forums.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Treasury and IT to ensure end‑to‑end service delivery.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives and support small‑to‑medium change activities.
• Work with technology teams on system enhancements, automation and digital enablement.
• Promote standardisation, best‑practice adoption and knowledge sharing across markets.
• Support compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• Progress toward a professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• Experience in Procure‑to‑Pay operations, service delivery or performance monitoring.
• Ability to work in a SOX‑controlled environment and manage compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
