North America P2P Operation & Performance Lead

About the role

Haleon is seeking a North America Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) Operations & Performance Lead to drive operational excellence across the region. You will be responsible for overseeing P2P performance, ensuring compliance with SOX controls, and delivering key enterprise metrics such as DPO and POT.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the NA P2P organization, aligning regional performance with global standards and objectives.
• Manage internal teams and the external BPO partner (Genpact) to ensure strong governance, KPI alignment, and cost optimisation.
• Define, implement and monitor KPIs and annual performance targets for NA P2P processes.
• Analyse performance data, identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions across NA markets.
• Chair operational governance forums, providing insights, trend analysis and recommendations to regional leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Treasury and IT to enable seamless end‑to‑end P2P operations.
• Support cross‑functional initiatives, projects and transformation programmes that enhance tools, automation and risk reduction.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale Procure‑to‑Pay or finance operations within a North American context.
• Strong understanding of SOX‑controlled environments and enterprise‑critical financial metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage external BPO partners and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and governance experience across finance, procurement and IT functions.
