Senior HR Manager

About the role

CooperSurgical is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead human‑resources initiatives that foster a high‑performance, employee‑focused culture. The role will support the company’s mission of improving women’s health by aligning HR strategy with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual HR plans and programs that address site‑specific business needs.
• Design metrics and processes that drive productivity, quality, and goal attainment.
• Manage the HR team, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee employee wellness, engagement, benefits, staffing, onboarding, and professional development programs.
• Act as a coach for managers on employee‑relations issues, performance improvement, and progressive discipline.
• Investigate escalated HR matters, maintain confidentiality, and recommend corrective actions.
• Define and manage the HR budget, forecasting potential obstacles to success.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and strategic planning.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and lead change initiatives.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
