About the role

The Senior Recruiter leads end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple business areas, partnering with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand talent needs and deliver effective hiring solutions while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role designs sourcing strategies, manages the selection process and maintains compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job intake to offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand talent requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening and competency‑based interviews.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while prioritising business needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment regulations.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, timelines and overall process effectiveness.
• Provide insights on talent market trends and recruitment challenges.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and regional/global talent acquisition projects.
• Promote a consistent and positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment in a corporate or multinational environment.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques and candidate assessment.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and digital recruitment tools.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
