Recruiting Services Professional

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Recruiting Services Professional to manage end‑to‑end recruiting activities for its clients. You will work closely with clients to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure talent processes meet agreed service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting and sourcing strategies aligned with client goals and industry dynamics.
• Engage proactively with clients to plan current and future hiring demands and communicate the client’s Employer Value Proposition.
• Manage talent processes to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), using data to drive simplification and continuous improvement.
• Provide direction and guidance to team members, acting as an escalation point when needed.
• Anticipate delivery challenges, maintain client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for service optimization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience developing and executing recruiting and sourcing strategies.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate Employer Value Propositions.
• Familiarity with talent process administration, SLAs, KPIs, and business controls.
• Data‑driven decision‑making experience to support process improvement.
• Team collaboration skills, including providing guidance and handling escalations.
