Senior Golang Engineer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Golang Engineer to join our talent network and work remotely on U.S. client projects across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and developers to deliver high‑quality software.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go in production environments.
• Work with PostgreSQL for schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Deploy and manage cloud‑native applications on AWS, especially using EKS.
• Contribute to frontend features or bug fixes in Angular, Ionic, or React when needed.
• Own end‑to‑end system reliability, CI/CD pipelines, and production releases.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience building Go services at scale.
• Strong background with PostgreSQL and AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to work across the stack and adapt quickly to new technologies.
• Experience in lean or high‑growth environments where engineers wear multiple hats.
• Commitment to long‑term product ownership and high code quality.
