Senior Finance Manager

About the role

Genpact is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to act as the primary finance business partner for Technology & Digital Services (TDS) and Cybersecurity & Digital Risk Management (CDR). This senior leadership position will support global functional leaders with strategic financial insight, planning, and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with TDS and CDR senior leadership on operating and capital budget planning, forecasting, and execution.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to guide executive decision‑making and long‑term planning.
• Lead the Annual Strategic Review, annual budgeting, forecasts, projections, and capital expenditure planning processes.
• Drive end‑to‑end financial planning and analysis for the global function, tracking strategic initiatives, investments, and special projects.
• Develop and support business cases and financial justifications for investment decisions.
• Maintain and enhance financial models and analytical tools for functional leaders, cost‑center owners, and regional finance teams.
• Monitor and report key performance metrics such as headcount, vendor spend, and regional financial performance.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams and COE analysts to ensure consistent, accurate financial reporting.
• Support M&A activities, including financial evaluation and integration tracking.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in finance leadership and business partnering with senior technology and risk functions.
• Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure management.
• Strong analytical ability to develop financial models, business cases, and performance dashboards.
• Experience supporting M&A financial evaluation and integration.
• Ability to work collaboratively across global finance teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.
