R2R Analyst – Financial Reporting & Reconciliation

About the role

Prepare consolidated financial reports in a timely and accurate manner on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Perform transactional activities related to accounting, reconciliation and general‑ledger closing in line with company policies and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare profit and loss accounts and conduct analytical review and trend analysis.
• Prepare balance‑sheet and journal book reconciliations.
• Consolidate month‑end and year‑end financial reports.
• Support monthly and annual closing processes and update general‑ledger journals.
• Reconcile accounts to the general ledger, correcting errors as needed.
• Identify repetitive problems or risks and propose efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Strong team player with 0‑3 years of experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
• Shared Services experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or technical degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
