Procurement Indirect Specialist / Buyer

About the role

The Procurement Indirect Specialist for Hispanic Countries leads the procurement of indirect goods and services across key categories such as Marketing, Trade Marketing, Leases & Rentals, People, and Legal. The role ensures compliance, drives cost efficiencies and supports Kraft Heinz business objectives in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end procurement for indirect categories across the Hispanic Countries region.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with regional business goals.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define service needs and align sourcing strategies.
• Build and manage relationships with strategic suppliers, ensuring performance and compliance.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements to secure optimal terms.
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance service levels.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, ethical sourcing and manage supplier master data.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, focusing on indirect categories.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field.
• Experience in FMCG or multinational environment preferred.
• Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
