Senior CRM System Administrator

About the role

SchoolMint is seeking a detail‑oriented Senior CRM System Administrator to manage and optimize its HubSpot and Salesforce platforms. The role blends deep IT knowledge with experience in accounting and computer science to support SaaS business metrics and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and enhance HubSpot and Salesforce environments, including workflows, custom fields, and integrations.
• Monitor system performance, ensure reliability, security, and data hygiene across CRM tools.
• Track and report SaaS metrics such as MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, and customer engagement.
• Develop dashboards and regular reports for finance and executive leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Executive teams to align CRM usage with business goals.
• Provide training, documentation, and support to end‑users.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of system administration experience focused on CRM platforms.
• Proven experience with end‑to‑end system migration projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Required skills

• HubSpot administration
• Salesforce administration and certification
• Experience with APIs and automation tools
• Familiarity with Salesloft, Planhat, Totango, Zendesk, Dataloader
• SQL
• APEX
