Senior Associate, Advisory Marketing

About the role

The Advisory Marketing Senior Associate supports the execution of marketing programs that promote the firm’s Advisory practice, driving awareness, client engagement, and pipeline growth. Working closely with the Advisory Marketing Manager and broader marketing team, this role focuses on day‑to‑day coordination of integrated campaigns across digital, content, events and thought‑leadership channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support go‑to‑market campaigns for priority Advisory offerings, such as Cyber & Risk.
• Coordinate integrated marketing activities across digital, content, events and thought‑leadership channels.
• Assist alliance marketing with partners (e.g., CrowdStrike, Optro) by preparing joint materials and campaigns.
• Help integrate marketing assets and messaging following acquisitions.
• Develop and prepare marketing content, including insights, case studies, collateral and digital assets.
• Gather input from subject‑matter experts and business leaders to support campaign deliverables.
• Track and compile campaign performance metrics (engagement, lead generation, pipeline contribution).
• Maintain campaign calendars, support project timelines and ensure initiatives stay on track.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3‑5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in B2B professional services or consulting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to create compelling content.
• Excellent project‑management, critical‑thinking and organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
• Highly collaborative, able to work through teams in a matrixed, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels.
