Connections Manager – Digital Campaign Execution

About the role

As part of VML’s performance‑marketing team, the Connections Manager serves as the operational engine for executing and optimizing social and display campaigns. The role requires a disciplined, highly organized professional who can manage budgets, traffic creative assets and ensure campaigns meet client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and launch campaigns on Meta, Google Ads (Display) and other platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn and X, configuring audience targeting and ensuring brand‑safety.
• Monitor daily media spend to keep pacing aligned with monthly and quarterly budgets.
• Manage day‑to‑day account mechanics, including placement reviews, bid adjustments and performance‑driven optimisations.
• Conduct quality‑assurance checks on live ads, verifying landing‑page functionality and creative specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on digital trafficking experience, primarily on Meta and Google Ads (Display).
• Strong daily expertise with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and handling large data sets for pacing and forecasting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams autonomously.
