Senior AEM Frontend Developer – Remote

About the role

Nortal is looking for a Senior AEM Frontend Developer to design, develop and optimise high‑performance digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager. The role is fully remote and part of a collaborative LATAM team that values autonomy and open communication.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement customised frontend solutions on AEM, ensuring quality and performance.
• Develop, maintain and enhance AEM‑based websites and components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTL (Sightly).
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend templates with Sling and REST APIs.
• Perform code reviews, optimise page load times and ensure cross‑browser compatibility.
• Participate in tech talks, coffee‑break sessions and other team‑building activities.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in frontend development with a focus on Adobe Experience Manager.
• Strong ability to translate design concepts into functional web components.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
