Security Supervisor

About the role

The Security Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safety and well‑being of guests, employees, and property at Four Seasons Resort Peninsula Papagayo. Working on a rotating shift, you will lead the security team to maintain a secure environment throughout the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the security staff on duty.
• Conduct regular patrols of the resort premises and monitor surveillance systems.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
• Implement fire detection and prevention procedures and manage crowd‑control situations.
• Provide first‑aid and CPR assistance when required.
• Maintain accurate incident reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall guest experience and safety.

Required profile

• Minimum technical or high‑school education.
• At least one year of experience in security or a related field.
• Strong service attitude, good presentation, and courteous demeanor.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to communicate in English (50‑80%).
