Seasonal Resolution Representative

About the role

This seasonal position supports back‑end processing of customer orders and returns, offering a flexible schedule of at least 25 hours per week. It is ideal for students and runs from late August to late December, with a possible extension into early 2027 based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Verify US and international addresses using WebVerify.
• Contact customers via email templates when payments decline.
• Check orders for compliance with product and shipping restrictions.
• Identify potential fraud in web orders.
• Resolve system discrepancies to release orders.
• Revise and release phone orders generated from customer inquiries.
• Research customer profiles to complete the return cycle and issue refunds when applicable.
• Close financial transactions in SAP.
• Update customer profiles in CFM & B4B.
• Review incoming orders and participate in mini‑projects as needed.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency (B2+).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
